I can tailor a individual Session, or a series of Sessions, based on your needs and desires.
In your discovery session, we would discuss your needs this would include a consultation with a full body assessment, introduce you to the Pilates equipment, and you would perform some foundational Pilates exercises. After that I would make recommendations and create a personal plan.
A control session is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on precision, core engagement, and mind-body connection. It will involve controlled movements using the reformer, springboard and Exo chair to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
Athletic Reformer Pilates is a challenging and rewarding workout that can help you build strength, improve your overall fitness, and enhance your athletic performance. This may include use of the jump board (a low impact board attached to the reformer) hand weights and Theraband.
A stretch session on the Reformer focuses on lengthening and relaxing muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. This class will include a variety of stretches, all performed with the assistance of the Reformer's springs and resistance . The goal is to increase range of motion and relieve tension, while also incorporating breathwork and flow to enhance the experience.
